Never knew apples help against Parkinson Disease, know someone who has it
Since my last post where I shared my recipe for Roasted Carrot and Coriander Soup, I am still feeling that fall fever. Last time I talked a lot about the wonders of New York apples and apple cider, so I gave it a go at creating a version of apple cider in cake form since I can’t get Western New York Apple Cider in Bahrain.
The base of this cake is the same one I used in my “Birthdays” post. This time I just added some chunks of apple coated in dark brown sugar and cinnamon instead of the melted chocolate. You will truly see how versatile this cake base is and how it works well with a variety of ingredients. I use it all the time and experiment with all kinds of variations to suit my mood and imagination. You should too!
